Overview

Ujjain is an ancient and sacred city in Madhya Pradesh, India, known as one of Hinduism's seven holy Moksha-puris. Situated on the banks of the Shipra River, it is famous for the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, the Kumbh Mela, and its deep connection to astrology and Hindu mythology.

Omkareshwar is a holy island town in Madhya Pradesh, shaped like the sacred symbol ‘Om’, located on the Narmada River. It is home to the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, and is revered for its spiritual aura and scenic beauty.

Tour Itenary

Day 01 : INDORE TO UJJAIN ( 60 Kms / 2 To 3 Hrs )

Drive to Ujjain
Check in The Hotel
After relaxing for some time in the hotel, set out to visit the beautiful temples in the city.
You can walk around the city as the temples are located close to each other.
The main attractions you will cover today are Mahakaleshwar temple, Sandipani Ashram, Iskcon temple, Harsiddhi Temple, Ram Ghat, Shakti Peeth, Bade Ganesh Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple etc.
Attend Bhasm Arti of Mahakaleshwar temple which is considered to be an important act in your Ujjain visit. This arti remains in demand so need to be booked in advance.

Day 02 : UJJAIN TO OMKARESHWAR ( 150 Kms / 3 To 4 Hrs )

Drive to Omkareshwar , Check in The Hotel.
Take a Bath in Holy Narmada River Before Darshan.
After breakfast, begin your journey to visit Omkareshwar, another Jyotirlinga temple.
Omkareshwar is another pilgrimage destination in Madhya Pradesh, Central India. Located on the bank of holy Narmada River, the temple derived its name from Hindu god Shiva.
Mamaleshwar temple in Omkareshwar is the actual jyotirlinga temple.
After you enjoy the sights around the temple, choose to indulge in a boat ride in Narmada River.
Dinner & Overnight Stay in Omkareshwar.

Day 03 : Omkareshwar to Indore Drop ( 85 Kms / 3 To 4 Hrs )

After breakfast, proceed to Indore City.
Indore tourist attractions include Chatri Bagh, Gomatgiri temple, Rajwada, Kanch Mandir, Lalbagh Palace etc.
Drive to the airport or railway station for departure.
